Fashion Guru Janelle Nicole Carothers: She's Got Style!

Janelle’s keen sense of detail and passion for garments, accessories and the assembling of looks range from an edgy feel, to a more urban style and her haute couture masterpieces.  Her ability to set trends by bringing her own innovative spin with a youthful, flirty fashion vibe to each task is stellar!

She has expanded her commercial clientele to include Ford, Wrigley’s, Hasbro, Nabisco, Adidas and more recently Jay-Z’s Roc Nation/Skull Candy featuring Rita Ora.

Carl Alleyne, Celebrity Choreographer Does the Red Carpet of Furry Vengeance!

Quantum PR congratulates Carl Alleyne - Celebrity Choreographer, for his latest choreography and movement coaching for Summit Entertainment’s new feature film “Furry Vengeance” starring Brendan Fraser, Brooke Shields and Ken Jeong, directed by Roger Kumble. Carl attended the Premiere this past weekend and reunited with the cast. Be sure to check out the Furry Vengeance in theaters on April 30!  Just a hint... stick around for the end credits! A Southern Gentleman Takes Center Stage on BET!

Quantum PR is pleased to welcome the newest addition to our family, André Pitre - a true Southern Gentleman of Beaumont, TX. Pitre stole many hearts on his recent guest appearance on BET's Mo'Nique Show. He captivated the ladies with his warm and southern hospitality as he joined Mo'Nique with a single red rose. Later in the show he performed his new R&B single "Your Name."  Also, this Sunday on BET at 5:30 PM (please check your local listing), André will make his debut performance in David E. Talbert's award-winning production "Love in the Nick of Tyme" starring alongside Morris Chestnut, Avant, Terry Dexter, Ellia English, Trenyce Cobbins and Byron Mitchell. Pastor Barry Pens Two of a Kind!

If you remember, about a week ago we welcomed Pastor Barry Lyons to Quantum PR. We told you there were a few surprises in store... Well, that time is now!  Pastor Barry is also adding inspirational author to his offerings. He has been working on two books; “Sinners Anonymous” and “The Money Memorandum.” While the titles alone are certain to spark some interest, these two books promise to be ground-breaking with Pastor Barry’s beyond-the-box point of view on contemporary Christian living.  QPR will keep you updated on the release dates and any related upcoming events. Khamani Griffin Adds Mandarin to the List in Animation Series!

Quantum PR welcomes the very gifted and still adorable Khamani Griffin. What an amazing talent! Khamani is best known for his co-starring role as Robert 'Bobby' James, Jr. on UPN’s All of Us with Duane Martin and LisaRaye. He is also recognized for his role in Daddy Day Care opposite Eddie Murphy who said “Khamani is a combination of talent, smarts and cute all in one.” Recently, you may have seen Khamani on two of ABC’s most viewed shows Grey’s Anatomy and Brothers and Sisters. But he hasn’t stopped there, you can also hear another side of Khamani in an animation series called Ni Hao, Kai-lan, which is Mandarin for "Hello Kai-lan,” shown on Nickelodeon. A five-year-old preschooler named Kai-lan invites friends at home to share in the colorful interplay of Chinese and American cultures, as well as the Mandarin language. Khamani plays the role of Tolee and also speaks Mandarin as he and Kai-lan, along with her other friends Rintoo, Hoho and Grand-father Yeye go on exciting adventures. Pastor Barry Goes Beyond the Box!

Quantum PR is pleased to welcome our newest client, the multi-faceted and multi-talented Barry J. Lyons of the ever growing Living Waters of the San Fernando Valley. He's a Pastor, teacher, social commentator, author, composer, actor, singer…..and he’s just getting started!  Pastor Barry, as referred to fondly by his congregation has touched many.  Morris Chestnut shares, "My pastor came from Philly.  He's a bad brother. This brother is coming up; his name is Pastor Barry Lyons."

In addition to being a gifted preacher, Pastor Barry recorded and released "Barry: Soul of A Man Vol. 1", a collection of love songs for Christian couples. According to Dallas’ KRNB Quiet Storm host Rudy V, several of the songs were some of the most requested songs on the Quiet Storm. He is currently writing for his next project: “Barry Vol. 2: Love Redux.”  We're gearing up for more of the same here in LA.

Actor/Choreographer Carl Alleyne Steps Up His Game!

Quantum PR congratulates Actor/Choreographer/Performing Artist, Carl Alleyne for sharpening his choreography chops on Furry Vengeance starring Brendan Fraser and Brook Shields. This live action family comedy is about an ambitious young real estate developer, Dan Sanders, who faces off with a band of angry animals when his new housing subdivision pushes too far into a pristine part of the wilderness. Led by an incredibly clever raccoon, the animals stymie the development and teach our hero about the environmental consequences of man’s encroachment on nature. Once again, Congrats Carl!

Quantum PR hosts the Red Carpet for client Major, (seen here with Mega Producer Rodney Jerkins), as he welcomed friends and family to the “Now That’s Major Live!” event, which was a classic evening laced with the essence of a Golden Era and Hollywood Glamour. The night was emceed by one of the most talented comedic writers in the business, Chris Spencer.

Major stole the show with his charismatic style, with a smooth voice that could closely be compared to the greats; such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Nat King Cole. This modern day crooner has made his mark in LA, as he sets himself apart in a Major way! Congratulations Major - job well done!

Congratulations Bre'ly on Landing a Role in Just Wright!

Quantum PR congratulates one of our newest clients, Bre'ly Evans on her new role. "Just Wright" revolves around a sports trainer (Latifah) who finds herself falling in love with a professional basketball player (Common) while rehabilitating him from a career threatening injury. Things are further complicated because her closest friend (Patton) is also pursuing him.Again, all the best Bre'ly... Go get 'em!

Houston Get Ready!

Quantum PR congratulates client Celebrity Chef Wendell Price, who is bringing the Wendell Green Show live to you in Houston, "Giving Well, Living Well, Doing Well and Eating Well!" The first of 13 shows will be at the Mr. Reza Estate. He gave a sizable donation to "Make a Wish Foundation" for Chef Price to cook for 10 of the greats! So, the show will be centered around great people who give big. Chef Wendell will cook and interview his guests in the kitchen. Don’t miss it late April 2010.
